Privacy Policy

Website analysis. When you run an audit, we fetch publicly accessible pages of the website you enter and analyze their content. This is public information about a website, not personal data about you.

Contact details. If you request the full assessment, we collect the name, work email, company and (optionally) role you provide, together with the audit results for the website you submitted.

Technical data. Your IP address is used transiently to prevent abuse (rate limiting) and appears in standard hosting logs. We do not store it in our database or link it to your contact details.

We use your contact details to deliver your assessment and to contact you about it, as stated next to the form when you submit. We do not enroll you in marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.

We measure product usage (e.g. that an audit was started or a report was viewed) using PostHog, configured without cookies or persistent identifiers. Analytics events never include your name or email address.

The tool runs on infrastructure provided by the following processors: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI analysis of website content), PostHog (analytics), and — where enabled — an automation service (such as Make or Zapier) that forwards lead submissions to our internal tools. Each processes data on our behalf under their standard data processing terms.

We keep audit results and contact details for as long as they are relevant to a potential engagement. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you — email teo@wize.design and we will action it promptly. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
